On Amboy Road in Bordentown, the Elks Lodge has become one of Burlington County's most trusted gathering spaces, rated 4.6 stars across 134 reviews by real members and guests. That reputation gets earned one event at a time: union meetings, Celebrations of Life, chamber pizza festivals, and formal banquets that local DJs call elegant and spacious enough for any occasion.

The Lodge is chartered under the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks, which means membership connects you to a national fraternal network while keeping your roots firmly local in Bordentown, NJ. Members show up for each other at the hardest moments and the best ones, from honoring a colleague's career to raising a glass at a Friday night social.

If you have attended an event here, you already know the room. High ceilings, a proper banquet layout, and a staff that makes outside organizers feel like regulars. If you have not been inside yet, the door at 11 Amboy Rd is easier to open than most people realize.

What We Offer

The Lodge serves the Bordentown community on several fronts at once. For private events, the banquet hall accommodates formal and semi-formal gatherings with room to spare, making it a practical choice for memorial services, union meetings, corporate receptions, and milestone celebrations. Local DJs and caterers return here repeatedly because the logistics actually work.

On the fraternal side, Elks membership opens access to charitable programs, veteran support initiatives, youth scholarships, and the full calendar of Lodge socials and community fundraisers. The Burlington-Mercer Counties business community has used this space for cross-county events like the Annual Pizza Fest, which draws a crowd that would fill most other venues.

Whether you are exploring membership, booking the hall, or simply looking for a community organization that does concrete good in South Jersey, the Lodge at 11 Amboy Rd is the starting point.

"I went to the Bordentown Elks for a Celebration of Life for a dear friend of mine who served on the NJ Turnpike Authority Supervisors Union with me. It's also where we hold some of our Union Meetings. It was a huge turnout, 207 people. He was very well liked. Rest in Peace Lenny."

""I recently DJed an event at the Bordentown Elks Lodge, and I was thoroughly impressed with the venue. The space was elegant and spacious, perfect for hosting a formal or semi-formal gathering like the one I attended. For a dj, just a few steps thru the front door, and you're all done. The layout made it easy to set up my equipment, and the acoustics were excellent, which made the music sound fantastic. The staff was accommodating and professional, ensuring everything ran smoothly throughout the evening. Additionally, the location is convenient with ample parking, which is always a plus for both vendors and guests. I’d highly recommend this venue for anyone planning a party or event in the Bordentown area!""

"Last week, Thursday - Nov 2nd, Kit Dwight and I got to attend the 2nd Annual Burlington - Mercer Counties Chambers of Commerce Pizza Fest. A week or two ago, I came across a Facebook post regarding this event and purchased 2 Tickets for us. Each ticket was $15 and the total at Eventbrite was $35 + to participate as "Blind Taste Tester's" There was 6 Pizzerias who competed by providing their pizzas for free to attend the competition. During the event there was free soft drinks, a cash bar and music performed by the band, Aloha Monkey from 5 pm to 8 pm. The pizza slices were brought out on a different colored plate, 1 at a time to allow everyone to score before the next. After the last slice, all of our score cards were collected, tallied and the top 3 slice's were selected. They announced the winner's from #3 to #1... 3rd Place - Sfizio 2nd Place - Palermo's ("Last year's inaugural Pizza King") 1st Place, Mario's and Frank's II ("This year's Pizza King")"

The Elks gave America
Flag Day.

Long before it was a national observance, the Order set aside June 14th to honor the flag. Patriotism has always been one of our cardinal principles, and every lodge meeting still closes the same way it has for over a century.
